Hi! We're Tati & Joseph.
An accountant by trade, an Executive Chef by profession, and the wife and husband team behind Lowcountry Bites.

Lowcountry Bites began as a side project rooted in a love for beautiful food, thoughtful details, and meaningful moments. While working on Kind Ideas Home & Gift—a small business we started creating handcrafted wooden goods—we began styling charcuterie boards for photo shoots. We'd share them with friends and family afterward, and the reaction was always the same:

"Wait... you made this?"

That's when Lowcountry Bites was born.

What started as a side project quickly became a way to bring joy to people's tables through elevated, stress-free entertaining. Hosting can be overwhelming—we wanted to make it easier, more beautiful, and just a little magical. Whether it's a girls' night in, a corporate lunch, a wedding shower, or a beach picnic, every board tells a story through color, texture, and flavor.

As the business grew, so did our dreams. We expanded into brunch boards, campfire boards, grazing tables, and our signature charcuterie cart. Then, on December 17, 2025, we opened the doors to the Lowcountry Bites Café—a place where our community could gather over handcrafted coffee, fresh food, and the same attention to detail that built our catering business.

Our strengths couldn't be more different—and that's exactly what makes us work. Tati leads the creative vision, branding, presentation, and overall guest experience. Joseph, with years of experience as an Executive Chef, develops our café menu and brings our culinary ideas to life. Tati is constantly dreaming up new concepts, Joseph refines them through the lens of flavor and execution, and together we make every final decision. Every menu item, every board, and every experience is a collaboration.

Today, Lowcountry Bites is more than a café or a catering company. It's a celebration of craftsmanship, hospitality, and community. Whether you're stopping in for your morning coffee, picking up a charcuterie board, or inviting us to cater one of life's biggest moments, we hope you feel the care, creativity, and passion behind everything we do.
