Security deposit: $150
A $150 refundable security retainer is required.
The retainer will be returned within 3 business days following the event, provided there is:
No damage to furniture, fixtures, or equipment
No excessive cleaning required
No overtime beyond the reserved rental period
Any damages or overtime charges will be deducted from the security retainer.

The final 50% payment plus taxes and security deposit will be due on 3/8/2026.

Any additional guests added after the final count will be billed at $21 per person + tax.
